Our story...
We’re Megan and Declan, partners in life and in building.
It all began at our kitchen table with three kids at our feet and more determination than experience. We had no training, no qualifications, and no safety net. What we did have was a vision, and the grit to keep going through the late nights and setbacks.
We taught ourselves design, systems, and strategy through trial and error. Every mistake became a lesson. Every small win pushed us forward. Slowly, we turned ideas into stores, and stores into thriving brands.
That journey grew into Neat, a studio where we now help others do the same. Megan brings clarity and organisation, Declan shapes the design and creative, and together we’ve built hundreds of stores for entrepreneurs across the world.
This work has never just been about websites. It’s about families, stories, and dreams. It’s about giving people the chance to build something of their own, just like we did around that kitchen table.
